The
Community Healing Centers, formerly the Guidance Clinic, is
a non-profit community based organization that is committed
to providing healing and prevention services to children, adults,
and families in southwest Michigan.
The Children’s Advocacy Center and the Infant
and Parent Services programs at The Elizabeth Upjohn Community
Healing Center are the beneficiaries of the funds raised at
Roof Sit.
The Children’s Advocacy Center provides counseling
and specialized treatment for children who have been sexually
abused and need help healing.
The Infant and Parent Services Program provides
support and education to parents and families who are “at-risk”.
These support services help to prevent child abuse and neglect.
